Shipping & Handling
 All items are shipped via USPS regular postal mail. Shipping & Handling fees are based on the weight and number of items.
 Priority mail and insurance are available at an additional cost, depending on the item(s) and weight.
 If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method for a tracking method, please contact me prior or ordering.
Items are only shipped to the 50 continental US states.
International shipping may be available under special circumstances. Contact me for more information.
Packaging
Items are packaged wrapped in tissue paper and then in bubble wrap. Items may be shipped in a bubble pack envelope or small box, for larger items. I take special care to make sure that each item is secure and safe for mailing.
Items can be gift wrapped with a small note and sent directly to recipients for gift items. Gift Wrapping is $3.
Returns
NO MONEY BACK RETURNS. Once you have paid, I have put that money into feeding my family, bills, or supplies. If you wish to cancel an order, you will receive a Sacred Dreams Credit for a future item.
If your item arrives damaged, I will be happy to repair it as long as it is returned to me within 10 days of receipt.
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your product, I will be more than happy to replace with a simliar item or redesign a new item for a $15 redesign/shipping fee.
Guarantee
If your item is damaged from unnatural causes (i.e. accident, dog ate it, accidentally put it in the wash, etc.) I will repair it for just the cost of shipping. In some cases, if I can't repair it, I will be happy to replace/redesign the item for a small fee. Email me if you have questions.
Please order with care, and make sure the colors, designs, etc. are exactly what you'd like.
